How our service works
- Look up the movie or show you want.
- Open its details and hit Request.
- For TV shows, request individual seasons or the entire series. Please be mindful of server storage space.
- Follow its progress in My requests. Popular titles may be ready in as little as five minutes. Rare titles can take longer, and occasionally no downloadable copy is available yet.
- Every Ready title has a 72-hour auto-clear timer that everyone can see. When it ends, the title is marked Leaving soon but stays playable until an administrator confirms deletion. Administrators can choose Keep to turn off auto-clear for a title. If a title is deleted, you can request it again immediately and receive a fresh timer.
